2022 Fall Field Tournament Schedule

Marching Season in the Fall of 2022 for the Sapphire Sound

During the Fall semester the Marching Band and Color Guard will travel multiple times on field trips for performances and field tournaments. The main months of travel are October and November. Please check the Google Calendar on the main page and the semester calendar located on the Documents page for the list of Games, Field Tournaments, Band Reviews, and Concerts we will be participating in.

This year's field show called “Amongst the Stars”, will be fantastic! Every student has their own spot in the show and therefore a crucial role on the field. We attend tournaments to receive music and marching evaluation by judges who are a part of the SCSBOA (Southern CA School Band & Orchestra Association). Most of our performances will be in the evening or late afternoon. Here is the 2022 Field Tournament dates:

Saturday, October 15th - Bonita Vista HS

Saturday, October 29th - Mt. Carmel HS

Saturday, November 5th - HOME TOURNAMENT - 30th Mira Mesa Invitational! (Clear your calendars! This is an all day event as we are the hosts.)

Wednesday, November 9th - Westview HS

Saturday, November 12th - Rancho Buena Vista HS

Saturday, November 19th - SCSBOA 6A Championship at Citrus College
